Data Center Narrative

LTS offers an infrastructure managed service that supports Data Center construction in three ways: a) instant protected structure capacity, b) risk mitigation, and c) schedule acceleration.  This service is flexible, rapid, scalable, and temporary.

• Infrastructure.  We provide engineered, rapid-deploy clear-span structures as a fully managed rental solution supporting mission-critical construction and power infrastructure projects. Our team handles delivery, erection, on-site relocation, and deconstruction — allowing project teams to add scalable, weather-protected operational capacity without permanent build commitments.  This infrastructure allows EPCs to preposition and protect valuable installation components, construction equipment, and labor—especially in remote site locations.
• Schedule.  We deliver temporary, relocatable covered space as a managed service to protect schedule and high-value electrical equipment during fast-track industrial and data center construction. Our crews handle installation, shifting as site phases evolve, and removal — enabling flexible capacity without adding internal resource burden. This infrastructure allows EPCs to preposition labor onsite, especially in remote site locations, reducing travel time to and from sleeping and eating facilities.
• Risk Mitigation.   We provide scalable, engineered temporary infrastructure that mitigates weather exposure and schedule risk during mission-critical construction. Delivered as a rental service with full lifecycle management, our structures support energization milestones without permanent capital deployment. This infrastructure allows EPCs to preposition and protect valuable installation components, construction equipment, and labor—especially in remote site locations.
